  • 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets cut to uniform size
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 medium garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Prep Ingredients: Slice sausage, cube sweet potatoes, and cut broccoli into similar-sized florets.
  • Make Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine on Pan: Arrange sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on the prepared sheet pan. Pour warm sauce over everything and toss to coat evenly.
